The settings view is available across all user types, yet the kind of settings varies. From this view, users can update necessary user information such as name, contact data, and user’s avatar.From this view, users can also log out from the web-application and request a password change. Users can also access his/her token, a piece of vital information to integrate the Qymatix Sales Analytics Software with third-party Software, like an online CRM or ERP.Remember that the Key Account Managers (KAM) that the software displays are not necessarily Qymatix users. If a user is a KAM, then your company administrator can add them to a sales group.

Admin users can add Sales Teams in the “Teams” view. A team is a group of users with access to the same information, for example, a regional sales team.

There are two steps to create groups and to give Qymatix Sales Analytics Software users access to information such as accounts, sales opportunities, and actions.

First, you need to merge Key Account Managers (KAM) with existing Qymatix users. You can do this by selecting the KAM, selecting the username that will appear in the list, and by clicking in “merge”.

Finally, in the Company tab, all we present you all configurations for your account. Most of them are fixed once you start using the Qymatix Sales Analytics Software and can only be adjusted by us.
