The Mittelstand 4.0 Competence Center Usability has now selected Qymatix for a pilot project, to make the AI-based software more accessible and usable to b2b companies.


The goal of the project is to research and improve the usability of the Qymatix artificial intelligence-based solution and to increase user adoption.

The Mittelstand 4.0 Competence Center Usability is a project of the Mittelstand-Digital. With Mittelstand-Digital, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) supports digitisation across companies, by offering knowledge about opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence.

Prof. Dr Michael Burmester is the coordinator of the Competence Center and contributes the necessary knowledge on human-computer interaction, usability engineering and positive user experience. Five students will work for three months, together with Qymatix developers, to improve the user experience of our software.

Companies that are considering integrating artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) into their sales operations need appropriate transformation processes and tools.

This pilot project provides the Qymatix Team free access to expert knowledge, demonstration centres, networks for the exchange of experience and practical examples. The Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) finances the project.

Sales managers in the manufacturing and distribution of components will directly benefit from the project by increasing adoption and satisfaction. They can now use Qymatix’ AI-based technology to analyse their enterprise resource planning (ERP) data to find cross-selling opportunities, predict customer churn, and evaluate their pricing strategies faster and with higher user adoption.
